| The worse boss known to man

It was two weeks before Christmas and the crazy crackhead CEO of a bull S*** credit repair company decided to do a mass firing of workers he deemed as unproductive. I worked at this job for six months and it was only because I had to pay my bills. The CEO walks in early one morning through call center area in his usual fast (super crack speed) speed into the back office. After some yelling in the office one of his lackeys came out of the office with a 300 yard stare in his eyes (and no he was not fired). He was told to start the mass firing.
Then it began with a young man who started less than a month ago. He was called into the back office by the CEO’s lackey. As he walked out of the office something in the air did not feel right. He walked over to his desk and took his things and walked out the building. Next, the lackey came over to a little old woman three seats to my right who was working at the company for the last 2 years. As the lackey approached, the old woman began to cry and saying, “I cannot believe you will fire me”. Started crying louder and started to talk about her family and how she was planning to use her meager pay check to provide a good holiday for children. After fifteen minutes of her pleading for her job she was forced out of the build in by the security.
That day at least nine employees got fired two weeks before Christmas. Needless to say, I did not stay at that company much longer.
Recently on the internet and noticed that company was listed as Fraudulent Credit Repair / Debt Consolidation Agencies. |
