The Doctor Is 'Out'
I was working as a nurse in a doctor’s office. I had a long distance relationship with my boyfriend, and started to get lonely, and eventually began a sexual relationship with one of the doctors in the office. He was also in a long distance relationship with his girlfriend, who lived in their home country. After a month of strictly sex, we realized we had a lot in common and began dating seriously; still secretly though – because we didn’t want the rest of the office to know. After a few months, we started to fall in love. I eventually broke up with my boyfriend for him.
After a year of being together, he decided we should go on a trip together. This was a few weeks before Christmas. He came over my place and we discussed the details of the trip, which was to happen before he went home for Christmas. Then we started talking about his girlfriend. We started arguing about their relationship, and then he told me he had a secret. He said they were getting married on Christmas day! I kicked him out.
After Christmas break, I came back to work and my co-workers were planning a party for him to celebrate his marriage! I had to help plan the party and act excited and happy during the party! Thank goodness his wife didn’t come! After a few months, he and I got jobs at different companies and we never spoke to each other again!

Department Love
I met a guy who worked in a different department in my building. We began dating and eventually attempted to have sex. It failed, because he said he was nervous, so we decided to be more spontaneous. We decided to have sex in a shower room at work. I snuck in there first, and he came in a few minutes later. After much foreplay, we made another attempt, and he failed again. I told him I was going to run to the bathroom and I would be right back. I never returned! I had to duck whenever I saw him around the building!

Bad Research
I worked in a research lab and began dating one of my co-workers. Friends in another lab on our floor invited us to their upcoming wedding, so we decided we would go together. The wedding was 2 months away, and during that time, our relationship became a bit rocky. However, we still agreed to attend the wedding. The day before the wedding, he took the day off work to help his ex-girlfriend move into her new apartment. He called me around 10:00 that night to tell me about his moving day – how they almost got the truck ticketed and were harassed by the cops and all. After all of his comic banter, he then proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t going to the wedding because he had too much studying to do! I was furious! I couldn’t back out because I had promised another couple that I would drive to the wedding. So I had to find a date in less than 24 hours! I managed to find a date and had a great time at the wedding but I still had to work with the loser who dumped me!
